A qualified instructor, I have worked with computers for over 40 years and specialise in helping beginners learn to use computers and the Internet, but I can also help people who want training in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel etc) and photo editing tools such as Photoshop Elements.
Where I cover: Based in Hungerford, I cover the whole of West Berkshire to Newbury and Thatcham, as far west as Swindon and as far south as Salisbury.

About me:
Having worked with computers since 1965, I have spent more time out of the UK than in it, travelling with the computer manufacturing company I was working for, to South Africa, Italy, Switzerland, the Middle East and the USA. In South Africa I spent 18 months as the Country Training Manager and have given training courses in French, Italian and Afrikaans (and English, of course).
I returned to the UK in 1999 and in 2001 my partner suffered a stroke which left her unable to continue her career. I gave up my own job to care for her full-time but I am now able to leave her on her own as she has recovered sufficiently to do more things for herself.
My pastime activities include music (I have a vinyl record collection of over 1,000 records and a hi-fi set which dominates the lounge, much to my partner’s dislike) scuba diving, which I learned in the Middle East in 1983 and I am a member of our local Rotary club.
