My background is in helping people use computers in public libraries.  Since retiring from full-time working I now work specifically with older people. A family man, friendly and chatty, running my own Computer Services business. In this I supply phone lines, broadband and computers to small businesses and residential homes.

I am professionally qualified with http://www.bcs.org/" href="http://www.bcs.org/">BCS; and whilst setting people up with broadband, computers and laptops have found a need more and more for the novice and elderly amongst us to have someone to just spend time talking things through until they are confident.
