In the process of providing training courses in analytical chemistry since the mid-80′s, I have had to learn how to use personal computers for a wide range of applications, reconstructing my own to keep it up-to-date, and I am happy to share my knowledge with anyone who wishes to develop their own skills.

Where I cover: Bedford and surrounding villages (MK40 – MK44), St. Neots, Huntingdon, Rushden, Wellingborough.

To contact Geoff, click here.

Availability: Weekdays, 9 am – 6 pm, by mutual arrangement

What I teach:

Computer and modem installation, and Basic Skills

Word processing, Presentations, Accounts.

Digital photography, and image processing

Internet browsing, Email, Skype

Scanning, optical character recognition

Music recording

About me:

Having been made redundant after 20 years in a specialist field of analytical chemistry, I turned to providing on-site training in the industry. Coincidentally, the use of PC’s for a vast range of applications, from word processing onwards, was developing fast, and it was inevitable that I should use a PC as my primary tool for almost everything to do with my business, and for domestic use as well. The introduction of the Internet has only increased its possibilities.

For many years, my outside interests were essentially sporting, but I have now turned to choral singing and birdwatching.
