A family man, friendly and chatty, running my own Computer Services business. In this I supply phone lines, broadband and computers to small businesses and residential homes.
I am professionally qualified with http://www.bcs.org/" href="http://www.bcs.org/">BCS; and whilst setting people up with broadband, computers and laptops have found a need more and more for the novice and elderly amongst us to have someone to just spend time talking things through until they are confident.
To help with is this I have now introduced a remote support and training feature which lets me connect to people’s computer in their own home enabling me to provide training and support in small manageable amounts without having to visit.
